Eternal Moment of Life

By Kayvan Kaboli

The sweet feeling of failure when you had always feared it. You had never failed , or at least that’s what you thought.

You did your utmost to win at everything, though it wasn’t always so. And in time, the chase between failure and victory faded into oblivion.

Ah, the good feeling of having nothing to lose.
For the greatest loss of all, the loss of life itself, is inevitable in destiny. So how much better it is to be prepared for that appointed day.

Yet until then, you must live — and live well.
Savor your existence, savor life itself. A feeling whose pleasures are boundless, and surely even beyond that, it will still be blissful.

So charge ahead, O life, toward the death that awaits.
With each rush forward, life itself will become eternal. Death will then be the beginning of another life, for the timeless moments of a lifetime will not dwell on the punishment of death in the endless corridor of eternity.
For every death, backed by those eternal moments before it, is but the dawn of a new life.
